Been with Fred Loya for over 14 years but will but my last year with them. Mostly due recently to their customer service these last few years every time I go in to make a policy change or to add a family member to my policy, a car there are these two women there who are just mean remind me too much of people from my teen years give you nasty looks when they think your not looking & start asking for documents that have nothing to do with my car or adding a car to my policy when I go to San Marcos or Oceanside they are able to... read more
I give Fred loya in vista location a 5 star very friendly and took care of me fast .I’ve been to the Oceanside location and always have to wait so much and get nothing solved. Big shout out to Karla that helped me out that day she was really kind and helpful what I wanted to get done she did that I will totally recommend people to go to Fred loya vista location and will spread the word to family
