Fred Loya Insurance has been the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. The service has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. First, the deductibles are outrageously high — often $2,000 or more. If your car has to be towed, they only cover $100, which is unrealistic because hardly anyone tows a vehicle for that amount anymore.
