I have a property damage claim. The rep was snotty to me, then apparently she left the company. Since then, I have made numerous calls and haven't had anyone call back. Not once.

This is a HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY. I been in an accident where my car was hit really badly from a driver insured by this horrible company. After 2 month of dismissals and not taking my calls professionally, they denied my claim because of "changed lanes when unsafe" the road I was driving on had one lane. How i can change lanes? This company throws excuses to avoid liability and not pay their claims. This is very unprofessional.
