This company is the slowest when paying the body shops that work on the Fred Loya customers cars they lie when they said they sent payment they say they sent payment out on 12/2 the envelope was post marked the 16th we called them for several days and they all said payment was sent don’t recommend this company at all !!!!!
Slow as heck. I have been here almost 2 hours to cancel an insurance that they told me i had to cancel in person. The guy in frontof me waited just as long now it is taking like 30 minutes just to make a payment. Pretty sad.
One person gave me a quote then transferred me to another person who then raised the quote. They are tricky liars. Go with Safeway, they will actually stick to their word.
