Don’t recommend this office, Alva clearly needs more training on the job. Waited 1.5 hours and was declined coverage for my car, was told I was going to receive a refund in 7 business days, the employee didn’t want to provide a receipt of the refund until I demanded it. Took 2 weeks and I notice my refund was never processed. Don’t waste your time here
Poor and inaccurate information was giving, costing me time and aggravation. They need to train their new staff better.
Doesn’t support Kia’s and Hyundai 2022 and under. Dont waste your time they should tell you on the website or the phone.
