Is sad to say but this particular office has a poor customer service and the representatives are very arrogant towards the customer. They don't help out with customers doubts instead they just ignore their needs and do whatever is best for them to get a sale. Once I caught one of the representatives taking a picture of herself and been on facebook while there was customers waiting and she was not even helping them out.
