Save your money and time! This company has provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recently filed a claim and was treated as though my insurance policy didn’t even exist—despite having full coverage in California. During the claim process, they refused to pay standard California body shop rates, which is unacceptable for a California-based insurer.
