I called to cancel my policy since my husband added me to his, and Andrea took very good care of me. Absolute sweetheart. She went through all the stops to try and find a way to keep me as a member and treated me with respect; but you can’t beat getting rid of a bill lol. She was new and still in training but her customer service was on point. I believe real customer service is rare, but she exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Andrea - you’re doing FABULOUS! 🥇🏆👏
