Went in there and got turned away because the employee said she’s been there too long and can’t help me
I’ve been here sine 12 I’m literally sitting inside, After waiting literally line more than an hour she just told me I need to go to another location and that she can’t help me and helped someone that JUST came in. I walked in at 12 and she just tells me this at 1:12. As soon as I walked in the woman inside asked me what service I needed and I told her I need to remove two cars from my insurance that I don’t own anymore. She literally made me waste my time for nothing. Canceling my service, zero customer service.
Unprofessional, never calls you back. Just know you won’t get any help for almost 3 months on end unless you PERSONALLY call them yourselves. No one takes accountability and keep acting oblivious to avoid getting in trouble. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
