Worst insurance ever . I've been driving for 40 years . No accidents and this place is the worst customer service and insurance company I've ever used . Don't go there..save yourself !
Terrible. Was quoted more insurance plus renters for about 40 more than the liability alone we were paying thru this company. Now they are charging us 25 for leaving AND mailing the refund for the premium we already paid after being told it would be put back on the card. Customer service was great on day one and has gone down hill everyday since. Said we had to come in to add a vehicle so they could look at it and take pictures, they never saw it.
I was quoted wrongfully and guided to reject my own payment if I wanted to becuase they DID NOT KNOW WHAT IT WAS FOR causing my payment to bounce. Work ethic at this loction is poor. AND UNDER TRAINED
