UPDATED 4/15/2026. I WAS PAYING $180 A MONTH WITH LOYA, AND NOW PAY $60 A MONTH FOR THE SAME PLAN AT PROGRESSIVE. These inept clowns working here at this Loya, allowed my plan to lapse due to them NOT contacting me regarding my Chase Debit card expired (They never reached out that my card expired & have never had an issue reaching out before via email, text, or calling/voicemail anytime there has been payment issue). Terrible customer experience from a bunch of incompetents. Raise your bill and cancel your policy without calling or emailing when they have the information on file, just so they can rob you for more money. My debit card expired with Chase and they sent me a new card, now my rate from Loya was raised. Their excuse? Send mail, did not call, did not email, that arrives the same day your policy lapse. I'm telling you guys another one in the books my guy Alex came through and help me out on this one we had add the car to the policy. It was difficult but we got her done thank you Alex you're an incredible representative.
Been paying for full coverage on my truck, didn’t know the windshield deductible was $1000 for a $250 windshield. Took 4 people on the phone to figure this out and about an hour and 15 min, absolute worst customer service! Think I’ll take my 3 cars and house insurance somewhere else? Thanks
