The company itself isn’t bad but if you’re expecting good customer service, you won’t find it in the blackstone office. They really don’t care to try and keep a customer and make it extremely tough to pay a bill. It’s super inconvenient. Forget asking to speak to a manager, that will never happen. They say there’s a 24 - 48 hour wait time and the manager never reaches out. Poor experience overall.
Worst insurance place ever!! I usually don't leave reviews but they sure made me do it. They say there going to contact the manager never did I had to call them twice while I'm at work and they kept giving me same answer finally they say even if they contact the manager they will tell me the same like ugh I hate them never going back!
I’ve been with Fred Loya for 3 years. They have been hands down the best in terms of pricing and customer service. I'm incredibly appreciative of blackstone location manager Noe Chaidez for assisting me with any issues, questions or concerns in professional and efficient manner!! He’s always gone above and beyond to explain anything as thorough as possible, and allow any process from the initial sign up or renewal process to run smoothly! I’ll remain a customer as long as he’s with the company 🙏🏼 Thanks for everything Noe!
