Si se pudiera poner menos de una estrella lo haría con mucho gusto. Me atendió Sofia y no fue muy agradable. Me sentí engañada , me dio una hoja para que pusiera los q conviven conmigo y me dio por poner a mi hermano y luego lo escluyo y me dijo q si quería tenia que pagar por el, obvio q no lo haré porque el no tiene porque manejar mi auto, pero no me gusto su forma de excluir.Además el señor que me llevó con ellos solo por acompañarme también quedo excluido. Lo peor qué hay, la vieja q nos atendió muy mal servicio al cliente, había un papel que decía, anotar todos los que viven en su casa, y le dijo a mi mamá q anotara allí los q no vivían en su casa y si no los anotaba no podía abrir su póliza con ellos. Muy prepotente
