Me sentí engañada , me dio una hoja para que pusiera los q conviven conmigo y me dio por poner a mi hermano y luego lo escluyo y me dijo q si quería tenia que pagar por el, obvio q no lo haré porque el no tiene porque manejar mi auto, pero no me gusto su forma de excluir.Además el señor que me llevó con ellos solo por acompañarme también quedo excluido. Lo peor qué hay, la vieja q nos atendió muy mal servicio al cliente, había un papel que decía, anotar todos los que viven en su casa, y le dijo a mi mamá q anotara allí los q no vivían en su casa y si no los anotaba no podía abrir su póliza con ellos. Muy prepotente
Fred Loya is the worst overall. They are just there for the money but when you have an accident they never help. I went into this office for the same reason because I was tired of them and just wanted to cancel. The Customer Service was the worse! Two ladies that try helping me, had no clue what to do because they called their manager about 10 times, every time she called was to ask me for another thing different than the first time.
