This is the most pathetic company known to man. I agree with the other review that you better pray to your deity you never get into a wreck with someone who has Fred Loya. Was rear-ended 2 months ago by someone insured through them, they offered $200 for a bumper and sent me a check. I took it to a shop, come to find out the frame is bent on the vehicle. They tell me $1,000 to repair (the mechanic shop) so I send that into Fred Loya, they send the same adjuster and he tells me it'll be a total loss. They make the truck a tot... read more
Customer service is really bad and some of the workers have no idea what they are doing. There is a large sign in the office that says call us if we don't take care of you. So I called and the gentleman on the phone was very sarcastic and bascally said he would take note of my call, but we really don't have a complaint department. I would not reccomend the insurance agency to any one. Buyer beware
Fred loya insurance is the biggest fraud insurance that I have ever felt with . After 2 yrs of faithful on time payments and them changing my due bill date every monthly payment , raising our rates constantly , we go to pay our bill to find out that our policy has been cancel on our due date . We want reinstate , we will go to another company , and I will bash and protest against Fred Loya insurance always . Adios

Is sad to say but this particular office has a poor customer service and the representatives are very arrogant towards the customer. They don't help out with customers doubts instead they just ignore their needs and do whatever is best for them to get a sale. Once I caught one of the representatives taking a picture of herself and been on facebook while there was customers waiting and she was not even helping them out. They only offer auto insurance!
I have only been with Fred Loya 2 days. I just bought a new vehicle and tried to take one vehicle off and add the new one. It was a big hassle. They would not do it over the phone. I have never had a problem with other major insurance companies like this before. Hopefully this will not be a rocky road.
