I was hit by an uninsured motorist with no DL. It took them a month to get her statement and they sided with her false information about the accident. Never contacted me to keep me informed and updated about my claim. Gave me $3000 for a total loss from that accident, less than half of the value before the incident. Don't get insurance from them.
They help who they want to, never return calls but take all your information like they are going to help .
Told us we had Roadside Assistance on our policy and then when we needed to use it, no coverage!
