Please avoid this very shady highly unprofessional staff, specifically Yanira Pardo.. other staff members put on hold never come back, pass you off. If you make complaint then the strategy they to wait till payment time and then hang up call with a made up excuse. Scary!! I will be in touch with management. However, it may be that they condone.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE!!! Fred Loya gave my girlfriend the runaround when we submitted a accident claim. First offer was way too low it was a joke. They asked us to cite some current market prices for her vehicle to get a better offer, which she did. They never got back to us and every time she called we spoke to someone different who conveniently could never find our claim!
