I called to get coverage on my vehicle about a month ago, while the call took unusually long, no complaints. The issues arise when i realize I actually had insurance in my car and needed to cancel their policy. Esta tienda no tiene buen servicio al cliente no saben tratar ala gente hable con Fátima ase 3o4 días y me trató bien fue aserca de mi pago no pasaba en mi tarjeta el explicó que si iba esperar a que pasaba y si no pues aria el pago en cash ,hoy me habla otra y me dice totalme algo diferente y quiero hablar y no me lo permite y le sigo diciendo me permites hablar y no ase caso no se quien las contrata porque pero nesesitan mejor entrenamiento!
