This places service is awful and the man here was rude corner left sir, the employees talk too much about thier personal life and definitely is letting thier divorce affect thier job. Just dont use this location period.
They call with nonsense have no idea what they are talking about and can never get you to a manager. They never give clear answers.
The worst insurance company ever. Absolutely pathetic. God forbid anyone hits your car or you’re not at fault with this company because they will treat you as if you were at fault. I’ve been calling them since the 29th of November for my claim because unfortunately someone was careless and hit my car while it was parked outside of my apartment. es la peor oficina que me a tocado , la trabajadora de ahí ROMINA tiene una actitud horrible , todas las veces que me atendido no hace bien su trabajo que tengo que estar regresando y regresando x una simple cancelación y es demasiado grosera y mal encarada con gente como esa aúno ni le dan ganas de seguir con ustedes y no regresar muy mala esperiencia
