Do not get insurance with this company! While their rates may seem appealing at first, the service is absolutely awful. I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with their customer service – unhelpful, unresponsive, and, frankly, incompetent. It felt like no one there knew what they were doing or cared about resolving my issue. Saving a few bucks is not worth the stress and lack of support. Steer clear and invest in a company that actually values its customers.
Garbage company and alax the manager needs to learn customer service there communication is horrid and the whole building needs to be cleared and refilled with people that have sum customer service
