Stephanie was horrible customer service rep. BEEN WITH FRED LOYA FOR OVER 5+ YEARS
Rude and take forever. Nobody was in the office and when I asked for assistance I got pushed off even tho nobody was doing anything. I called an hour ahead and again when I was otw to set everything up. All they needed was the contract and pictures that took forever for them to even get with me
The times are not accurate waste of my time, gas and mileage.
