Great rates and customer service!
The lady there , was stubborn & very demanding. After asking for me to bring my other car(for pictures I uploaded to the system the day before) She still wanted me to bring it , (vehicle with no tags ,nor insurance) That being said , who was gonna pay a traffic ticked if I get one? Just by listening to this Stubborn lady? I declined all & told her to call it off , told her "bad service" Minutes after , me going to another location, found out, that the lady blocked my info & put a demand on their system , for me to not finish... read more
I had a terrible experience when I tried to cancel my policy here. ( I called this location and several others.) Even after a manager verified they wouldn't draft from my account, they charged me anyway. They don't care about the customers and are consistently changing the rates and the draft dates. Go some where else!
