I called cause I needed a lock smith on June 4 the jasmine girl so unprofessional and rude I tried giving her my phone number to pull up the policy she said ni next time give me the policy number I called her twice in June 4 to verify if they will return the money for the lockes smith cause I needed extra key she told me yes now im trying to do claim and she’s telling me no management needs to do something now !!
The absolute worst service. Idk who the lady was that was in there but she is the absolute worst! Do not go here!!! Go to a different office. This office is the worst customer service. I wish I could give them negative stars. So sad, I would hate to have someone like her with for me.

Bueno la compania de aseguransa tal vez es bueno pero sus empleados son pocos profesionales es más ni son ..la señora esa jazmín la verdad no sé por qué la quieren como trata mal a los clientes por ella me salgo de Fred Loya y es por ella va perder muchos clientes
