Worst insurance ever!
What a worthless insurance company we have been trying to call them and our chiropractors try to call them to get any information about the accident that my son was in with their driver and they refused to call us back.
I called cause I needed a lock smith on June 4 the jasmine girl so unprofessional and rude I tried giving her my phone number to pull up the policy she said ni next time give me the policy number I called her twice in June 4 to verify if they will return the money for the lockes smith cause I needed extra key she told me yes now im trying to do claim and she’s telling me no management needs to do something now !!
The absolute worst service. Idk who the lady was that was in there but she is the absolute worst! Do not go here!!! Go to a different office. This office is the worst customer service. I wish I could give them negative stars. So sad, I would hate to have someone like her with for me.
