I carried their insurance for many years, and then I purchased a newer car and wanted to add it to my policy. I needed full coverage, but they only offered it with a $2000 deductible, and to add injury to insult, they wanted more money down that same day than what other companies were asking to start a NEW policy. I declined their offer, and within a week, I ended my services with them. I'm sure they will find a way to penalize me for something and jab my checking account.
