THIEVES!. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My due date was on or about the 6th each month. I get only SSI as my income. Paid about the 1st of the month. Because of the holiday I got paid early. On the 27th. Called to pay early but I had an accident and they were wanting me to sign papers to renew. Went to the office and renewed my policy. They changed my due date to the 27th which doesn't work for me as I'm broke at the end of the month. Something always comes up. I carried their insurance for many years, and then I purchased a newer car and wanted to add it to my policy. I needed full coverage, but they only offered it with a $2000 deductible, and to add injury to insult, they wanted more money down that same day than what other companies were asking to start a NEW policy. I declined their offer, and within a week, I ended my services with them. I'm sure they will find a way to penalize me for something and jab my checking account.
