The office workers were extremely nice and professional towards my needs. I was given an exact quote that did not disappoint and confirmed that price is what I am getting per month. Sadly other companies raise or "adjust" their premiums after discovering more about your driving habits. Seeing the other reviews I'm giving these people a shot because I simply can't afford top tier companies such as Aflac, Allstate, Geico, and such.
What a scam of a company!!!! They refuse to cancel your service no matter how much you call to do so. They are living in the dark ages and require you to go into the store to cancel and sign forms like it’s still 2003. Also, they hanged their “policy” to fit their needs! DONT BUY FROM THIS INSURANCE SCAM COMPANY. THEY WONT EVER FULLFILL YOUR CLAIMS EITHER!
