Avoid Fred Loya Insurance at all costs I was rear-ended in July by a driver insured with Fred Loya, and it’s now almost October — I’m still waiting for reimbursement for my rental car expenses. I’ve had to pay nearly $3,000 out of pocket. Throughout this entire process, nobody at this company has followed up, returned my calls, or responded to emails about the reimbursement checks. The office workers were extremely nice and professional towards my needs. I was given an exact quote that did not disappoint and confirmed that price is what I am getting per month. Sadly other companies raise or "adjust" their premiums after discovering more about your driving habits. Seeing the other reviews I'm giving these people a shot because I simply can't afford top tier companies such as Aflac, Allstate, Geico, and such.
