Avoid Fred Loya Insurance at all costs I was rear-ended in July by a driver insured with Fred Loya, and it’s now mid October — I’m still waiting for reimbursement for my rental car expenses. I’ve had to pay nearly $3,000 out of pocket. Throughout this entire process, nobody at this company has followed up, returned my calls, or responded to emails about the reimbursement checks. I was rear-ended by someone who has this insurance company. Was told I was gonna get a rental car since it was the other person's fault for hitting me now. I was told I have to pay out of pocket for. When they told me they were gonna pay for it. Not only do they suck at answering their phones and leaving you on hold, but when you do get ahold of someone, they are so unprofessional and terrible at customer service.

You can really be paying anything to have a good service and they are not going to help you properly their employees are going to work without wanting to do it I think they should consider their workers well before employing them in customer service.
