Your client backed into me. Your adjuster acknowledged 100% fault. I provided you an estimate for repair of less than $800. Your adjusted tells me to call supplemental, supplemental tells me to call the adjuster. Rinse and repeat. You are acting in bad faith and I have filed a complaint with the CO Atty General's office.
Don't understand how an insurance company can operate the way they do. How do you guys sleep at night treating people the way you do.
