The car insurance has excellent plans which are affordable compared to another companies, my only problem is the costumers service, my policy when up due to the new California policy law, they call me and told me how much my new policy payment will be and when it was time to pay, they already had change my payment to something higher than the previous agreement,

Worst service! I'd give it less if I could. After just signing up for a policy, which I requested Autopay for, I found my policy had been canceled for nonpayment. tried to call to rectify the situation, but was met with incompetence and unwillingness to help. my friend told me they were no good when she had an accident to report with them.
