Worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior. They waste your time, provide unclear and inconsistent information, and show zero care for the customer. It feels like they only care about taking your money, not actually helping you. I do not recommend this company at all. If you’re looking for respectful service and peace of mind, stay away.

Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Complete waste of time. They give misleading information, change their story constantly, and show zero respect or concern for customers. It feels like a scam-level operation focused only on collecting money, not providing service. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this place.
They should change the management because they don’t know how to deal with customers. I canceled my policy with them.
