Horrible! Ladies in that office were no help at all. Some one with this insurance hit us. We were told by the claims person to do to this location which was 30 miles from my house. When we go there with the vehicle (thinking we were going to a collision place to have it appraised) it was an office. She just took photos and then said someone will call you on Monday this was on a Saturday. The claims department doesn't work on the weekends.
