Horrible customer service at the William Cannon location. Beyond rude and lack basic customer service skills. Placed a freeze on my account even though my account was in good standing and paid up to date. Tried to force me to come into the store to make a payment or my policy would lapse. I hung up and called another location that accepted payment with no issue as they do every month over the phone. Manager at W. Should have 2 agents one for the people just paying the insurance and one to sign people up. I had to leave the office because i was going to be late for work. Even tho the agent said it would be a few mins was like almost 20 mins
