Im here in office more 2 hrs theyr can't do faster just getting a new insurance
Excellent service
All I needed was a copy of my insurance card because they don't send you the new ones to you. It was 9:30 but they don't open till 10. I went to the door to talk to the 2 girls that were inside to see if they could help me and they wouldn't even stand up and talk to me. Made me wait for 30 minutes while they were on their phones doing nothing. Lazy employees are the worst and this place has 2 for sure.
No pongo las 5 Estrellas por que tuve que reactivar el seguro devido a que no recibí una notificación de que no hicieron efectivo mi seguro para continuar con la cobertura que tenia normalmente, así que fue necesario realizar una nueva poliza con un costo màs elevado.
