I had an accident almost a week and a half ago. These people are so difficult to get a hold of. Finally do (after 9 days) and scheduled an estimate. I had to take off work to get here because its a 30 mins drive from me. They did not call me to let me know that their system was down and needed to reschedule me. I'm concerned about the safety of driving my car due to the accident and there is 0 sense of urgency from them. Most difficult insurance company I've ever worked with.
The hardest people to get ahold of, absolutely insane that I have had no contact regarding their insured who hit my car on March 26th. MY insurance can’t even get ahold of them. I call the claims line, I get a message that they’re closed. I call the insurance agent, it rings twice and sends me straight to voicemail. Call the claims line option to check on a claim, get hung up on.
Their “insured” driver hit our parked vehicle doing food delivery, and all of a sudden they’re not responsible for the damages due to the fact he was delivering food. They truly live up to the insurance scammer stereotype you’d expect from cheap insurance companies.
