They scammed a family member out of money. Charged him for insurance on someone who lived in his apartment BEFORE him. Put that person on his car insurance. Who does that??? He didn’t even know the person. Then to make it worse, when he complained they refused to correct it. So we filed a formal complaint with some government agency that oversees insurance companies. Unprofessional, Everytime you call the answer and instantly put you on hold then forward to voicemail. Update: after years of using this car insurance, continuous increase in rates, unpaid claims and horrible customer service: I was able to get full coverage from a well known company with many perks for way less money. They did not answer the phone for me to make my payment so I looked online for new coverage. I saved money and got more coverage by exploring my options. Don’t be afraid to switch companies!
