This place is a joke.They literally make you jump through hoops just to get insurance. They made me give them proof I owned my vehicle. They want snapshots of my bank account. And i wanted to add our other bank account to our policy.But in order for me to do that, I had to first make another payment out of the one.They already had before I can add the other and now i'm trying to add the other but they need proof of my bank account again. Well, i'm not a person that really puts a negative review on places. I cant help today, ive had the same insurance policy for yrs on the same vechiels, buy i kept ok getting pulled over in one vechiel. A COP finally told us the the Vin numbers didnt match, come to find out. This insurance company didnt put the right Vin number on it when it was done. Good thing, I didnt get into a wreck, and from there missing up WE had to pay a fee to fix it. But thats not the only thing, my husband just paid to have this insurance for 3 mo... read more

When I spoke to the lady she told me it was $25 to reinstate it, I explained to her I had a car accident and had to file a claim (I was insured when it happened) she said it was fine just to come up there and bring the car.
