Pleased with the service and price I am new to the area and needed insurance for a car that I had just bought. I was very pleased with the price and the service that Fred Loya Insurance gave to us. Thank you and I would recommend Fred Loya to anyone that is looking for auto insurance at a good price.
Low low prices and no down payment! Friendly, very low deposits and low monthly payments. The only problem is they would not accept Debit card payments. I was quoted $60 out the door and that included 2 months!
Horrible This company is a SCAM! Don't buy into it. My car now sits in an auto shop with full coverage because they refuse to write the check out to where it can be used by any of the parties involved. They claim it's a state regulation, but Public Regulation or Attorney General doesn't list it as one. They were just fined in Texas for deceitful business practices in the amount of 300,000.00. That's the kind of business this is. HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time, money and frustration.

4stars, I purchased a car for my son and he chose to get insurance at this place. They are not a broker, rather a direct insurance carrier like Allstate. Even though he is 19, the rate was very reasonable, and happy with the service we received there. The office is large and clean. I think the day we went they were training someone on us, so I knocked off a star because it took about an hour, rather than 30 minutes, since we had done mostly everything over the phone, and should have only gone in to sign paperwork, and show m... read more
