The entire staff - from front desk, Jeff, Justin, Dr Long - it was the best experience I have ever had in an eye appointment. Dr. Long listened to my concerns and clearly explained the plan of care and all my options. He was amazing with my two teens. Justin was quick and efficient. I understood all of my copays, when I would receive updates et al.

I visit Dr Long for all my vision needs, and he is the best! I have been going to him for over 20 years and now my kids see him too for their eye exams. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is super friendly and prompt with taking my calls, emails…. I highly recommend him.
