Thoroughly informed. Treated like the most important person in the room. Done in a friendly, caring manner by all staff.
First, the staff is excellent. You will be asked questions to gauge your spending power. Cost of treatment was mentioned all the time. The doctor wanted to remove all my teeth and replace with dentures. I went to get a second opinion and was told only 4 upper and 4 lower needed extracted. Finally a doctor who was concerned about my dental health. I had option of bridge or implants and I went with implants. I spent more than what Dr. Bye wanted but I'm happy with my smile. Had some gum disease and visited with Dr. Bye on 2 occasions. First time he charged $1k for a CG x-ray on the principle of 'he was one of the only two people who had the tech in the country' turned out to be a lie and we paid a third of the price at our current Periodontist. He was very rude during each consultation and each time we asked a question he just frowned and shook his head with 'I dont understand why you would ask that, its a dumb question'.
