Very disappointed!!! Originally got a quote on Auto & Home went with Auto only paid in full for one year - 10 months later got a letter from DMV my insurance has lapsed. Call Fred and he explains that since I didn't go with them on the Home owners I didn't get the discount but of course never mentioned it when they took my $$$. Pay to reinstate and ask for him to review my policy to see what we can do for next year, NO RESPONSE. Call a couple weeks later and leave message NO RESPONSE.
