Fred Herndon was absolutely AHHHmazing! He's passionate, nimble, informative and never made us feel rushed. His enthusiasm was contagious and you'll leave your inspection an informed buyer with remarkable knowledge. He was unbiased and took the time to answer any concerns or questions we had. Our report was emailed to us within 48 hours and included a picture of the home and an extremely detailed report for each facet of the home. I wish we were always buying houses so we could hang out with Fred, he's just that great!
