Nice installations. The technicians are excellent at what they do. But the administration of the services is very inefficient. My car was ready and I never got notified. I know this because I was checking on the toyota app and realized my car was already parked outside where the rest of the cars are. I waited for an extra 30 to 45min after my car was ready just because the cashiers did not notice that it was in a pile of keys. En el pasado no había tenido muy buena experiencia en este concesionario de la Toyota. Pero el día de hoy me atendió Rafael Barahona en la parte de servicio, y estoy muy complacida con su trabajo, fue muy eficiente y profesional. Deberían contratar más personas como el ahí. Gracias
This Fred Haas dealership on 249 charges more than the Fred Haas dealership on I-45 for a oil change, they don't even rotate your tires for free, like the one on I-45 I thought it was the same company, obviously not, that's the last time I'm coming to the 249 location I rather go to the I-45 location
