I initially made an appointment to have what I thought was my CV joint making my wheels squeak. Turns out I needed new brake pads on one of the rear wheels. Two weeks later the squeak comes back, so I bring it back in, turns out one of my front wheel needed brakes. I really like Fred Haas Toyota! The service advisor that I use is named Jan. She is very efficient and will let you know exactly what is going on. Missy is my sales lady. WORK EXPERIENCE EVER... Today, I had an appointment at 9:15 AM to have my truck service. My advisor was MARQ ****. It’s a random pick. I have been going to Fred Haas Toyota Country for service since 2014 until now. I ask him what time it will be completed. He says around 11:30 AM to be done. I understand it is a sellers market but even after paying msrp plus the cosmetic, additional dealer add ons to the car ..that was mandatory for them to add on every new car. The Sales manager could not even waive $75 ...we were willing leave the car there, but we already spent about 7 hours total on the lots, texts, e-mails, calls, and up to 4 hours driving looking for a car. That is not including the 3 days we had to wait to receive it. We love the car..hate the feeling we got messed over. Taken advantage of.. ripped-off.

On Saturday morning we broke down east of Brenham, Texas in route to the Tomball German Heritage Festival. I called AAA and they were able to have us towed to the venue where my daughter was scheduled to play with enough time to play on time. I was able to find and contact Fred Haas Toyota Country on State Highway 249, Houston, Texas about eight miles from Tomball and they were able to provide a tow to the dealership.
