I arrived at Fred Haas Nissan Service and was greeted by John with a friendly smile. After checking me in, he quickly arranged a shuttle ride with Michael to take me home. From the time I arrived to the time I got back, the whole process took less than 20 minutes! This was my first time getting my Sentra serviced at this location, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John and Michael were professional, courteous, and made everything so easy. I’m definitely a happy customer!
