I am absolutely amazed at how bad this dealership is run. Took my vehicle in for service, gave them less than a perfect score, and they called, texted, and emailed from two different accounts and three different phone numbers 12 times within three hours because they wanted me to change that rating. Even after putting in writing for them to stop harassing me over this, he sent me a four paragraph rambling about how he needed me to change my rating of him. Repair service shop if your service engine light is not on they're unable to read what's wrong I would ask a question if they can't give you an nswer they will start talking about everything else but the main issue.nothing is 100% everything is a maybe possible and unsure I do not highly recommend Auto Repair Fred Hall Tomball Nissan .
