IG Burton is Better. I drove 45 min because David Sutton Sales Manager would not do the deal over the phone. IG Burton did the deal thru text. And gave me the most money, and the best rate. David is the worse sales manager I have talked to. I would not trust this dealer as long as David is there. Don't waste your time like I did.

I've been purchasing new vehicles since 1993, and this is the first time I've run into the deceptive and manipulative sales tactics that I've only known as cliches. They all were present at Fred Frederick: fuzzy math and sales sheet manipulation; evaporating, advertised rebates and incentives; pressure to buy quickly and to take their financing when it was several points higher than the financing I had from my bank. Awful experience top to bottom. They will try to scam you using any and every underhanded business tactic. Don't buy, don't sell, don't take your car here for service. Also just to give you an example of how shady they are, in another review someone calls out an employee named Phil in parts, Fred Frederick replied they don't have an employee in parts named Phil. Now that is not technically a lie but they also weren't being up front either because the service managers name is Phil and I know that for a fact since that is who ... read more
