Dr Lam and his staff were responsive to calls and concerns throughout my surgery and recovery. Daisy was a standout person with calling and being easy to reach when I had questions about pre op and recovery. It has been a slow process but Dr Lam has been encouraging and staff has been helpful with referrals.
