used Johnson to install our door 5 years ago and they have come out twice since for routine maintenance and have always done an outstanding job.

Poor judgment, poor customer service. When pulling out of our narrow driveway, the garage door technician did damage to two spots along the driveway, but only one area has been repaired. He insists he did not cause the damage to the asphalt. Interesting comment from a guy who did not even stop and get out of his truck to assess the damage (after he realized he had hit st).
