Charged $80 for a “software update” (actually bug fix) and volume knob for a known issue posted on Nissan’s website. Note: dealership responded to my review, but never called me back when I asked for an explanation for the “discount.” Poor customer service—this is why I only go to local mechanics (had to go to dealership for this since Nissan sent bug fix only to dealerships).
Bought a Nissian Leaf, used. Kevin & Neil (bookkeeper) took good care of me, filed extra papers so I could get a tax rebate that was new to them. Good teamwork, and I got good used still under warentee EV and a tax break with it.
I have been here a couple of times for service, and I haven't been disappointed. I like their system of texting you when extra things need to be done as well as allowing me to track their progress. I can tell you the service is so good. I don't even mind waiting at the dealership while they service my car.
