Came in for a test drive and to get some numbers on a vehicle and Andy was very helpful at every step, even following up after our appointment with additional vehicles I had briefly mentioned before leaving. Andy is a good representation of the Mr.Beans enterprise.
Had regular maintenance service this visit and one of the policies I got when I bought my car covered my wheel alignment, Fred Beans system should indicate to service personnel what coverage was purchased so I am not charged in error. When I got back into my car after the service my steering wheel was covered in grease and dirt from mechanic. This is not what I expect from quality service.
