After almost 3 years of going back and forth with them over selling me a car with a defective rear defroster, them ignoring most of my emails, and then ultimately them saying they replaced it but never did I've decided to give up on this place. It's a shame because I really like my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid but let me tell you how difficult and dangerous it is to drive in the winter when the rear defrost doesn't work on half of the rear window. I’ve brought my car into this service center several times for issues, and while I’ve been verbally told different things about what I'm presenting, I’ve repeatedly asked for these details in writing and have been stonewalled every time.
