1. Buy 2024 Santa Fe limited on 4/18/25. Have 2 tires blow out within a year. 2. Try to get state inspection emission done in dealship. Emission cost 90+$ plus tax. Very expensive to me.
Fantastic service experience all the time. My service contact at the counter was Conlin Monaco (Assistant Service Manager). He checked and managed all required services, any missing area or recalls and even preventative checking by listening to my input. Very proactive. Also, all people at service desk are so nice and make all people comfortable and feeling secured with warmest welcome! This makes definite distinction from the other dealers!
I am 2 for 4 on good experiences with Hyundai. I leased and bought my Elantra from this dealership. Initial purchase went well and everyone at the facility was friendly. Have had minimal in-person issues and my car runs great, but there's been plenty of avoidable issues that have come up over the past few years. I dealt with Harley when I came in and asked that my car, in for two recalls and an oil change, be done by noon. Exactly at noon Harley called me and said it was done. I stopped out to say hello to Mike and also Kyle Hill, my salesman, who remembered my name and was quite personal and friendly. Love that place.
It was my first time at Fred beans Doylestown Hyundai. The guys were incredibly helpful and awesome. Shout out to Rami who is brand new and sold his first car today to me. He was awesome. Knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and best of all they got me a great deal.
