he service department was awful. We live in NY and our children attend college at Villanova. Their car broke down - clutch broken. Not only did they say it wasn't covered under our extended premium warranty, they said we needed brakes for over $1200 on a 2017 manual FORD Focus to fix the clutch because fluid could have moved from one to the other.
