Fred Beans has been fantastic! When I bring in our vehicles for service the service department has been wonderful! The contact me before any costly fixes are done. Mike in service is fantastic! He is friendly and professional and always has a good attitude! Reposting approx 1 year later because again, this past Wednesday, Mike provided extensional service. I thoroughly enjoy getting to communicate and work with Mike as his team provides fantastic work.
I appreciate working with Michael. His service technician exceeded my expectations, in that the service was completed in less than a hour, previous services were over at hour. Michael was helpful and patient in explaining the work/billing statement.
Service department is courteous and professional.
I purchased a 2025 Mustang GT for my son and had an excellent experience with Rob McCoy. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Rob if you’re shopping for a new car!
