Mostly good sales experience. I walked in with no appointment on a Saturday in August. I was able to trade in and a get a new vehicle same day, thanks to the salesman Zach. 10 days later, the dealership reached out to my husband because the title to the old vehicle was misplaced, so we both had to go sign the title transfer documents again. I brought my Ford Escape in for an inspection; I had a short list of questions as well. Not only was the car serviced and ready to go within 45 minutes, but my questions were answered thoroughly. Michael took some extra time to explain about the battery in the Fob and explain to me how I would know if it needed to be replaced. I always feel valued and respected here; most important, I feel safe and confident driving my car.
They have pickup and drop off service for oil changes which is very convenient. Mike Trappe always takes care of me.
