Duncan T. the assistant Service Manager, was professional, efficient and made my experience fantastic! Will be a repeat customer at service.
I was able to make an appointment for service at a convenient time and day. I pulled in early, and they took my truck right away. The inspection was about an hour, and the service rep kept me informed the whole time. The inspections are free because I bought my truck there (just had to pay for the sticker). I had some general questions which the service manager helped answer, and they gave me a list of what should be done within a timely manner.
Service was completed early and all representatives were friendly and helpful !
Great customer service! I came in with a variety of issues with my Blazer and the staff clearly explained what needed to be done and what was optional. The service department staff was very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and had space to set up my laptop.
