I have been a loyal customer for the past ten years. I recently had a tire fall off of my truck after the truck was serviced at the West Chester dealership. I was told by Chris Gilbert that he would take care of me when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. I am disappointed that he didn't take care of me the way I take care of my customers. As far as Howard Ashton (saleperson) he did his best to take care of me.
Paul was excellent. Everything went very smooth.
Fred Beans Cadillac of Doylestown really knows their stuff. They took videos and photos for me to see step by step and know any and everything that was going on with my Cadillac. The Service tech Ken was always available to answer any questions I had. My SUV is running like is Brand New.
Jimmy did an excellent job servicing my vehicle. He communicated clearly about the necessary repairs and worked effectively with the fleet lease agent to ensure all required work was completed smoothly.
My problem was fixed, Fred beans employees were very nice and sufficient in helping me with a rental until my car was done. The work was clean and exceptional. These guys are very professional. Thank you Fred Beans for helping me out with my car...!
