Took my Rav 4 in for state inspection, emissions & service. I needed to wait until they were done so I was guided to their waiting room. Comfortable seating and a nice coffee and water station and also a charging station for phones, which I used. They completed the job in about 90 minutes. I paid my bill and was on my way home. The man who checked me in and out was extremely warm and welcoming and very upbeat. Very nice experience all around, except for the cost. Very high!

Nice people that work there. Convient shuttle to and from my house. But I would go elsewhere for an oil change. $123 is a little high. I think the Mazda dealership is less expensive.
I am been using this shop for over a year after the GMC in Carlisle stopped assisting us. As of right now this shop has had my truck more than I have. They have been very helpful and communicating with us about what is going on. The kicker- they did work on the truck within 2 weeks or so (maybe a bit longer) my time line is running together with how much they have had it- it had to go back in.
